Health Tips

少喝奶茶 ;
Reduce the intake of Tea Tarik;

不吃刚烤的面包;
Reduce toasted bread, just eat it fresh;

远离充手机电源 ;
Keep a distance away from Handphone Charger;

白天多喝水 ,晚上少喝 ;
Drink more water during day time, less at night;

一天 不喝多于两杯咖啡;
Drink less than 2 cups of coffee a day;

少吃油多的食物 ;
Reduce intake of fatty food;

最佳睡眠为晚上十点至凌晨六点;
Sleep early at 10pm and wake up early at 6am;

晚上五点后少吃大餐 ;
No heavy intake of food after 5pm;

每天喝酒不多过一杯 ;
Less than a cup of alcohol per day, hmm I think Red Wine should be fine;

不用 冷水服胶囊;
Don't take capsuled supplement or medicine with ice cold water;

睡前半小时服药忌 立刻躺下 ;
After taking any medication, allow 30 minutes before going to sleep;

睡眠不足八小时人会变笨;
Lack of 8 hours sleep per day will affect your intelligent;

有午睡习惯的人不易老 ;

若不能晨跑,傍晚5 点至 8 点的时间是散步的好时间;

Dear Overweight Girl,

Do you know if you are depressed, you tend to eat more, and the vicious circle begin with no end. Do you understand what I mean?

yes i understand what you mean. some can eat through depressed times, some are just the opposite. thank you for replying and further suggestion. how much is it in Ringgit ? i guess we cant find it at our local pharmacy huhh...?

I heard from a friend who is selling diet thing from a direct sales in Malaysia that it cost about RM800 to RM1500. So expensive

I think via the net it is cheaper because they don't have to pay so much commission for those agents, right?

So if you try with Avatrim, do let us know the impact if any. Remember, no diet course a success without intake control and light exercise. My mother make it a point to walk for 30 minutes a day.

Yeah less that RM50 per bottle. I just order extra for my mother.

But remember, it is not magic supplement, you have to discipline too. Just like Agnes has said: -

Take high protein food
Be happy and be positive

1. Have healthy Breakfast
2. Enough for lunch
3. Eat less for dinner (prefer high protein intake)

Eat at fix time everyday.

Your body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight.

To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to:
1)reduce the amount of calories you eat
2)increase your levels of activity
3)Have healthy Breakfast
4)Eat a colourful lunch(rice,vege,meat,egg and etc)
5)Eat less for dinner

Make sure you drink enough water when in diet.at least 2L perday.

Agnes i forgot to thank you too for the translation.
Sensually Fun, I am 5ft 0in and weigh 70kg. Yday morning for bfast i had a 1.20 charsiew pau and half packet of Nescafe Body Partner coffee.

Lunch I had a slice of Guava in assam powder + 2 cups of strawberry yogurts (GIANT brand).

4pm tea i had the balance half of the Body Partner coffee with 2 Digestive biscuits.

Nite I had 2 table spoons of rice, ladies finger stir fried and deep fried bitter gout. I was never a big eater, I can starve up to 3 days on water alone and never ever had gastric problem.

Oh Oh.. I think I take a lot of junk eg. last nite after dinner I must have had 200grm of sunflower seeds. and some chocolate blocks !!

Exercising is at negative point. Only a bit of daily walking to get around to work on public transportation. Thats it.

Yes it sounds like a fun project but a little embarrassing also right ?
